Com o objetivo de abaixar os pre\u00e7os das carnes bovinas artificialmente, grandes produtores de prote\u00edna animal como os irm\u00e3os Batista, da JBS (envolvidos em esquemas de corrup\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>), realizaram uma oferta elevada de carnes no mercado desde o in\u00edcio de 2023, conforme lembra Andr\u00e9 Almeida, gerente do IPCA: “\u00c9 importante lembrar que tivemos quedas observadas ao longo de quase todo o primeiro semestre de 2024, com alto n\u00famero de abates”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entretanto, devido ao ciclo produtivo de carnes ser longo, os pre\u00e7os reagiram com a escassez de gado para abate e a defasagem de pre\u00e7o em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com outros alimentos. O contrafil\u00e9 ficou 3,79% mais caro e puxou a alta das carnes. Na sequ\u00eancia, aparecem a costela (3,1%), o patinho (3,15%) e a alcatra (3,02%). Tamb\u00e9m subiram o ac\u00e9m (2,96%), o fil\u00e9-mignon (2,47%), o cox\u00e3o mole (2,44%), o cupim (0,46%) e a picanha (0,12%). A rela\u00e7\u00e3o traz ainda as altas da carne de porco (3,67%) e do f\u00edgado (0,83%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Com os aumentos, os consumidores tendem a migrar para o frango, o ovo e os pescados na busca por alimentos com um pre\u00e7o menos salgado. Entretanto, a tend\u00eancia \u00e9 de que o pre\u00e7o desses substitutos acompanhe a alta de pre\u00e7o das carnes bovina neste primeiro momento, devido ao aumento da demanda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
