At\u00e9 o momento, a estimativa do valor m\u00ednimo de dano ao er\u00e1rio supera\u00a0R$\u00a01\u00a0milh\u00e3o.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foi realizada na manh\u00e3 desta segunda-feira, 21 de outubro, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cSegunda Dem\u00e3o\u201d, na qual o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Minas Gerais (MPMG) investiga a pr\u00e1tica de crimes de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o direta ilegal (sem licita\u00e7\u00e3o) e de fraude em contrato p\u00fablico na Prefeitura de Pouso Alegre, no Sul de Minas Gerais. Foram cumpridos 13 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o em MG e S\u00e3o Paulo. At\u00e9 o momento, a estimativa do valor m\u00ednimo de dano ao er\u00e1rio supera R$ 1 milh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o foi deflagrada pela Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a de Pouso Alegre, em atua\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com a Coordenadoria Regional do Patrim\u00f4nio P\u00fablico (Sul de Minas) e o Grupo de Atua\u00e7\u00e3o Especial de Combate ao Crime Organizado (Gaeco), regional de Pouso Alegre. Os mandados foram cumpridos com apoio das Pol\u00edcias Civil e Militar, al\u00e9m do Gaecos de Varginha e de S\u00e3o Paulo, nas cidades de Pouso Alegre e Itajub\u00e1 (MG), Guarulhos, Santo Andr\u00e9 e S\u00e3o Paulo (SP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os ind\u00edcios e demais provas j\u00e1 obtidas indicam que a empresa respons\u00e1vel pelos projetos de engenharia civil seria respons\u00e1vel por supostamente inserir nos editais de licita\u00e7\u00e3o itens com valores superiores ao razo\u00e1vel (sobrepre\u00e7o) e\/ou em quantitativos desnecess\u00e1rios (superfaturamento). Por sua vez, a empresa contratada lan\u00e7aria, em tese, quantidades e itens irreais nas medi\u00e7\u00f5es de seus servi\u00e7os, o que permitia que recebesse al\u00e9m do efetivamente necess\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os contratos investigados s\u00e3o: contrato n\u00ba 89\/2023 (preg\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nico n\u00ba 12\/2023) para manuten\u00e7\u00e3o predial nas Secretarias de Sa\u00fade e Educa\u00e7\u00e3o; contrato n\u00ba 99\/2024 (dispensa n\u00ba 04\/2024) para reforma da cobertura do \u201cCasar\u00e3o dos Junqueiras\u201d; e contrato n\u00ba 163\/2024 (dispensa n\u00ba 11\/2024) para constru\u00e7\u00e3o de muro (gradil) na escola Irm\u00e3o Dino Girardelli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atua\u00e7\u00e3o preventiva do MPMG garantiu que n\u00e3o fossem pagos outros valores que podem, em tese, representar outros R$ 350 mil de superfaturamento ou sobrepre\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fonte: ASCOM MPMG<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Foram cumpridos 13 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o em MG e S\u00e3o Paulo.
