O caso resultou no indiciamento de uma jovem de 22 anos, que mantinha um relacionamento amoroso com a v\u00edtima. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es apontaram que ela foi respons\u00e1vel pelo golpe de faca que atingiu o pesco\u00e7o do homem, levando-o \u00e0 morte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante as apura\u00e7\u00f5es, a Pol\u00edcia Civil localizou o ve\u00edculo utilizado pela suspeita na zona rural da cidade. No carro, foram encontradas manchas de sangue na ma\u00e7aneta, refor\u00e7ando a suspeita contra a investigada. Com base nas evid\u00eancias, a jovem foi indiciada por homic\u00eddio doloso qualificado, uma vez que a v\u00edtima foi impossibilitada de se defender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao fim das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, a PCMG solicitou um exame de sanidade mental da suspeita, o que resultou na constata\u00e7\u00e3o de sua inimputabilidade. \u201cIsso significa que, no momento do crime, a jovem n\u00e3o tinha plena capacidade de entender o car\u00e1ter il\u00edcito de suas a\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d, salientou o delegado Cleyson Brene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RELEMBRE O CASO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O crime repercutiu nas redes sociais ap\u00f3s a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de um v\u00eddeo que mostrava o homem descendo uma ribanceira e caindo em uma \u00e1rea de matagal. Logo ap\u00f3s a chegada dos servi\u00e7os m\u00e9dicos, foi constatada a morte da v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inicialmente, a PCMG representou pela pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria da jovem, que foi detida no estado do Rio de Janeiro.
