O ve\u00edculo Fiat\/Siena seguia de Alfenas sentido Fama, e o ve\u00edculo Toyota Corolla seguia no sentido oposto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/noticiasdefato.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/acidente1-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-903\" srcset=\"https:\/\/noticiasdefato.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/acidente1-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/noticiasdefato.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/acidente1-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/noticiasdefato.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/acidente1-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/noticiasdefato.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/acidente1-68x90.jpg 68w, https:\/\/noticiasdefato.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/acidente1.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo o boletim de ocorr\u00eancia, o condutor do Fiat Siena parou o carro na lateral da rodovia e tentou efetuar uma manobra de retorno, em local proibido pela sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, sem se atentar ao fluxo de ve\u00edculos. J\u00e1 o condutor do ve\u00edculo Toyota\/Corolla apresentava sinais de embriaguez, segundo o pr\u00f3prio, havia tomado junto da namorada de 5 a 6 latinhas de cerveja em um bar na comunidade dos Rochas, distrito de Fama. Ele realizou o teste de alcoolemia por espont\u00e2nea vontade e o aparelho acusou 0,40 mg\/l, caracterizando, assim, crime do artigo 306 do C\u00f3digo de Tr\u00e2nsito Brasileiro (CTB).
